How to prepare cabbage pakoda

Step 1: Take 2 cups of finely chopped cabbage , add salt to taste and add 1/2 cup of besan/gram/chickpea flour.

Step 2: Add 1/2 cup of rice flour in the same blow , 1 tbsp green chilies chopped , 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.

Step 3 : Add all the dry masala according to your preference like red chilly powder, jeera powder, garam masala.

Step 4: Mix it well, add water as required.

Step 5: Deep fry with medium flame.
