How to prepare crispy sabudana vada

Step 1: Take 200 grams sabudana and wash it 2 times to remove excess starch . Soak it for 5 hours or overnight.

Step 2: Take 5 green chilies, 1 inch ginger , 1 tsp cumin seeds and coarse paste do not add water.

Step 3: 2 cups boiled mash potatoes mix with the soaked sabudana with salt to taste , mix it well with prepared chilly and ginger paste.

Step 4:Wet hands and make circular shape rest it for 5 minutes to set.

Step 5: Deep fry with the medium high flame . Fry till it turns into golden color.
