Garlic Butter Mushrooms: An Easy and Healthy Recipe

We are preparing a healthy and tasty homemade mushroom recipe.


  • 400 grams of mushroom, cleaned and sliced.
  • 3 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • Salt and pepper as per taste

How to prepare

Heat the butter or olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and stir to coat them with the garlic butter. Cook the mushrooms for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and golden brown. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander. Serve the garlic butter mushrooms hot as a side dish to roti or naan, or as a topping for grilled chicken, or pasta.
