No-Maida (Whole Wheat) Brownie to satisfy your craving

Whole wheat brownies are, therefore, an alternative to a more refined brownie. With whole wheat, the bran and germ are kept, which contributes to more fibre, vitamins, and minerals compared to refined flour. The amount of fibre consumed will help ensure healthy digestion while stabilizing your blood sugar, thus making you feel fuller longer. Whole wheat is also good for B vitamins, iron, and antioxidants, which improve energy and immune support. In entire wheat brownies with natural sweeteners like jaggery or coconut sugar mixed with healthy heart fats of coconut oil, you can indulge in fulfilling your craving for sweets in good health.

Ingredients:

•1 cup whole wheat flour
•½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
•½ teaspoon baking powder
